OzArc Gas Equipment & Supply Announces Acquisition of Eagle Safety

OzArc Gas Equipment & Supply, Inc., a portfolio operating company of Meritus Gas Partners, announced today that it acquired Eagle Safety Products, LLC, headquartered in Union, MO.

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., May 18, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- OzArc Gas Equipment & Supply, Inc. ("Ozarc"), a portfolio operating company of Meritus Gas Partners ("Meritus"), announced today that it acquired Eagle Safety Products, LLC ("Eagle Safety"), headquartered in Union, MO. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2008, Eagle Safety is an independent distributor of industrial gases, welding and safety supplies serving the southwestern St. Louis metropolitan area. Eagle is led by founder and principal owner Dennis Hartmann, who will remain with the business following the transaction.
