AvevoRx ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF ACCESS TO CARE, LLC PHARMACY

GREENSBORO, N.C., April 10, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AvevoRx, a national, independent provider of specialty infusion pharmacy services, has announced its acquisition of Access to Care, LLC, an independently-owned home infusion pharmacy based in Muncie, Indiana. Effective September 1, 2022, the acquisition expands access to acute home infusion therapies for patients across the Midwest region while driving future growth and reach for AvevoRx.

AvevoRx will also maintain and grow the core acute infusion pharmacy business of Access to Care, LLC by significantly expanding its portfolio of available, in-home, chronic infusion therapies for its customers throughout a greater geographic region.

AvevoRx will retain all of Access to Care's staff including two senior leaders and shareholders from Access to Care, LLC. Brooke Hull, founder & CEO, will serve as regional director of operations for AvevoRx, along with Genelle Engle, who will stay on within the revenue cycle department.
