IndexIQ Announces Changes to ETF Lineup

IndexIQ today announced that, as a result of a standard review of its product suite and commitment to meeting evolving client needs, it will liquidate the following list of ETFs (the "Funds"):

• IQ S&P High Yield Low Volatility Bond ETF HYLV
• IQ Hedge Market Neutral Tracker ETF QMN
• IQ Hedge Long/Short Tracker ETF QLS
• IQ Hedge Event-Driven Tracker ETF QED
• IQ Hedge Macro Tracker ETF MCRO

The last day of trading on the NYSE Arca, Inc. for the Funds is expected to be January 31, 2023. Creations and redemptions will be accepted until that time. Proceeds of the liquidation are expected to be sent to shareholders on or about February 7, 2023.
