/R E P E A T -- MEDIA ADVISORY - Centraide 2022 Campaign Launch: Helping households and organizations cope with inflation/

MONTREAL, Sept. 20, 2022 /CNW Telbec/ - Media are invited to attend the launch of Centraide of Greater Montreal's 2022 campaign. Campaign co-chairs Paul Desmarais III, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sagard, Laurent Ferreira, President and Chief Executive Officer of National Bank, and Claude Pinard, President and Chief Executive Officer of Centraide of Greater Montreal, will be in attendance. Mr. Daniel Côté, Director of Patro Villeray, will also be present.

This campaign will raise funds to support 350 community agencies that help people living with poverty and social exclusion. Inflation is an additional burden for vulnerable people and is also impacting the community ecosystem, which is having difficulty meeting the increased demands. The community sector is struggling to respond to mounting needs.
