Company claims No. 4 spot again in 2021 rankings

Union Home Mortgage (UHM) ranked fourth in Michigan in terms of loan volume for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development's Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program for 2021, matching its 2020 finish. The 100% financing program helps lenders collaborate with eligible households living in rural areas to make homeownership a reality.

This recognition helped UHM claim the No. 9 position in the national rankings, up one spot from 2020. UHM claimed a top-five spot in three additional Midwestern states (Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia) in the same USDA Rural Development loan program category.
