This franchise-owned K1 Speed is the first location to feature a hybrid indoor/outdoor track, and features the latest electric go karts, an exciting arcade, an onsite Paddock Lounge eatery, and a private event room.
The indoor-outdoor track inside K1 Speed Canton provides racers with the best of both worlds. On nicer days, racers will be able to feel the air rush by them as the track meanders out of the building before returning back inside. On colder and wetter days, the outdoor section can be closed, allowing racers to still enjoy the indoor track configuration no matter how miserable conditions are outside.
A massive 16' x 9' LED screen will display the live timing of all racers on track, allowing racers to take a quick glance mid-race to see their current standing against friends, coworkers. and family members.
Adults and teens will race this unique track in K1 Speed's all-new Superleggero electric go karts, imported directly from Italy. This latest generation go kart comes equipped with lithium-ion batteries that let racers 58' (4'10") or taller enjoy increased performance, among many other improvements. Like the previous generation, this kart remains the fastest in the family entertainment industry and is capable of reaching speeds of 45mph.
Children who are 48" (4') or taller can race the junior electric go karts that approach a respectable 20mph - no doubt the fastest vehicle many kids will have ever driven.
When not flying around the track in a go kart, visitors will get their thrills from the arcade. The arcade includes popular video games - from new releases to timeless classics. In addition to video games, players of all ages can enjoy pool tables, air hockey, basketball hoops, and other popular entertainment options.
Those who need to recharge after a day of thrills will appreciate the onsite Paddock Lounge eatery which serves crave-worthy classics such as hamburgers, pizzas, wings, nachos, and pretzel bites. Accompanying the food choices will be a variety of soda choices, plus beer and wine selections for adults.
With its opening, K1 Speed Canton is now the go-to venue for birthdays, corporate events, bachelor parties, and other special occasions in Stark County. This location features a large private space suitable for any event up to 50 people. For even larger events, the entire facility is available for rent.
