Swinerton Promotes Ciaran Creighton to Division Manager of Northern California Self-Perform

As Division Manager, Ciaran Creighton will lead Swinerton's Self-Perform Division in NorCal.

Swinerton is pleased to announce that Ciaran Creighton has been promoted to Division Manager of Northern California's Self-Perform group, responsible for delivering high-value integrated services using in-house trade disciplines such as cleanup; demolition; rough carpentry; concrete; framing; drywall; doors, frames & hardware; millwork; specialties; and firestopping.

Ciaran started with Swinerton in 2016 as a Project Executive in Sacramento and will bring his more than 25 years of experience in the industry to this ever-growing and highly-skilled group. Ciaran is taking over leadership of this division from Jef Farrell as he retires after 20 years with Swinerton.

Swinerton's in-house trade expertise has been recognized as award winning by both the Wall and Ceiling Association and the American Concrete Institute on multiple projects such as 1066 Market Rooftop Planter Walls – Decorative Concrete category, and Presidio Building 603 Seismic Renovation – Repair & Restoration category.
