New power systems product release from Dynapower.

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vermont (PRWEB) February 09, 2021

Dynapower is proud to announce the launch of its new RapidX family of rectifiers. These power supplies—which include both pre-engineered SCR and air-cooled SMPS rectifiers—are designed to be cost effective and easily upgradable with expedient delivery.

The modular controls on these systems offer unparalleled flexibility and can be easily upgraded. In designing the RapidX units, Dynapower followed in the footsteps of the historic Rapid Technologies line of rectifiers to bring you the most upgradeable and lowest lifetime cost per rectifier on the market.

"It's the only rectifier I know of that is designed to grow with you as an organization," said Remington Schieffer, Dynapower's Repairs Supervisor. "And it's so nice to be able to have your existing equipment grow into higher quality control requirements without having to rip your equipment apart."

RapidX SCR Units

Dynapower's new RapidX line of standardized SCR rectifiers delivers the same reliability and decades of longevity that you've come to expect from Dynapower with a faster delivery time and greater controls flexibility—creating a value rich rectifier like no other on the market. In fact, we have reduced delivery times by 50% compared to our other SCR rectifiers.

RapidX SCR rectifiers utilize a module-based multi-controls platform that allows users to easily and inexpensively upgrade their units controls as needed. These units are available standard in 460-480VAC, 3PH, 60Hz in air and water-cooled options up to 100 VDC and 10,000 ADC with analog or digital controllers.

RapidX SMPS Units

Purpose designed for the metal finishing market, the RapidX SMPS units are designed to be the most flexible switchmode you've ever owned. RapidX switchmodes combine both the benefits of modular switchmode design with the repairability of ‘monument' style switchmodes. This allows you to focus on applying the product to your process, not changing your process to fit our product.

Want to repair or calibrate in the field? We have spare parts packages, training, and service available. Want to send modules in for Dynapower's RMA program to receive factory warranty? These modules easily ship across country without taking the entire machine down. Prefer rectifier field service specialists to PM it right at the source? We can be there to support the unit in the same way we support SCR equipment. What if you want to expand the rectifier to grow with your tank? Add another module and recalibrate to the new output ranges.

"This product was designed to allow flexibility in deployment, care, and upkeep in the metal finishing market," Schieffer added.

"Our RapidX switchmodes are targeted to serve you under the most demanding quality control landscape the metal finishing market has ever seen."
