Targray Appoints Anabelle Gauthier as VP of People & Culture

MONTREAL, Sept. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Targray, a leading international provider of commodities and advanced materials for the solar, battery, biofuels and refined products sectors, has announced the appointment of Anabelle Gauthier as its Vice President of People & Culture.

Anabelle comes to Targray from global rail and jet manufacturer Bombardier, where she served as Global Head of HR Business Partners & Talent CoE since 2018. Prior to that, she held various HR management roles at the company, which she first joined in 2008.

In her new role, Anabelle will drive the implementation of innovative global strategies to accelerate the hiring and development of top talent, foster Targray's enduring culture of excellence, and implement employee training programs at the company's major business centers in Montreal, Delhi, Geneva and Prague. She will also serve as a member of Targray's senior management team, providing advice on key corporate strategies.

A graduate of Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Anabelle began her career working in the Human Resources department of Canadian telecommunications firm Bell Canada in 1996. In 2003, she joined telecom & media company Cogeco Cable as a senior HR partner.
