EWING, N.J., Aug. 11, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The 2020 Women of Influence winners represent 100 of the most influential women in leadership in the housing industry. From tech advancements, to mentoring, to their engagement in nonprofits – the women chosen this year show true leadership inside and out of the housing industry. They are using their positions of influence to bring others along their path and propel the next generation of women into leadership.

Many of the women on this list have responded to the landscape of today's housing industry by spearheading efforts to improve processes and create progress. As Senior Vice President of Marketing and People, Courtney Graham primarily leads the marketing, people operations and affinity partnership teams, but her influence reaches company wide.

In 2019, Graham lead the creation of the Princeton Affinity Program, which creates and fosters relationships with organizations and employers as a source of lead generation, providing an additional revenue stream for Princeton Mortgage. In the first year of implementation, the Princeton Affinity Program has been a large driver for increased revenue and production at Princeton Mortgage -- some early adopters include Fortune 200 companies and a federal organization. The company has reached more than 50,000 new prospects from this program.

Adding to Graham's achievements thus far, she was also responsible for curating an omni-channel marketing campaign which includes direct mail, automated text messaging, email campaigns, and social media retargeting used to support growth throughout all facets of Princeton Mortgage. In recent months, she stepped into a larger role that includes People Operations. In her expanded position, Graham is focused on scaling Princeton Mortgage's company culture as it adds additional regional market expansion in the coming months.

"I am honored to be named a HousingWire Woman of Influence, especially among such a talented group of women. Now more than ever, women's voices are being valued in corporations large and small, and our influence is stretching across many industries – including the mortgage industry," said Graham. "I am incredibly grateful to work with a team at Princeton Mortgage that has always valued culture, talent, and character over stereotypical gender norms. This award is truly a team effort."

Graham's vision and influence has been a driving force leading to the organization's emergence on the national market, highlighted by 50 times growth over a two-year period.
