BRO, announced today the release of its new Client Success Center, a client portal which allows for deeper connection between the advocacy firm and its clients, as well as for greater client visibility into claim progress.

The Advocator Group represents disabled individuals in their pursuit of Social Security disability benefits, which can be a long and complex process. Clients' ability to be fully up to date on their claim status, and to contribute key information to their files, is essential to a successful relationship with their representatives and, ultimately, a greater likelihood of an award of disability benefits.

The firm initially introduced a portal for clients in 2015 to address client interest in more digitally-based communication. Consistent with the firm's commitment to the client experience and the highest quality of advocacy, the release represents a significant investment to improve the portal's usability, as well as overall look and feel.

The Client Success Center allows clients to exchange messages and questions with their advocates and the ability to see a full history of communication via the portal. There are simplified tools for uploading files, such as medical records or correspondence from Social Security. Clients can also update their files with current contact information and submit the names and contact details for treating physicians and other providers. The portal operates within a highly secure Salesforce platform and is fully integrated with The Advocator Group's claim management software, allowing for seamless transfer of data between the systems.
