TORONTO, May 28, 2020 /CNW/ - SQI Diagnostics Inc. ("SQI" or the "Company") SQDSQIDF, a life sciences and diagnostics company that develops and commercializes proprietary technologies and products for advanced microarray diagnostics, today announced that effective May 27, 2020, Eric Schneider has resigned as a director of the Company for personal reasons. Eric Brouwer, the current interim CEO has been named as the new appointee to the Board. The Board of Directors also appointed Wilmot L. Matthews, a current non-independent Board member, to replace Mr. Schneider on the audit committee. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Schneider for his valuable service and long term contributions to the Company.
