Alan K. Halfenger Joins Treliant as Managing Director of Securities & Investment Management Compliance

Alan K. Halfenger has joined Treliant as a Managing Director in the New York office to expand the firm's offerings for securities and investment management compliance. A former chief compliance officer with over 25 years of professional experience, Alan provides regulatory, risk, and operational solutions to investment companies, traditional and alternative asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and broker-dealers.

Earlier in his career, Alan served in legal and compliance roles at several investment banks, including JPMorgan Chase and Citi.
