ExxonMobil is holding its annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. Media access will only be provided to authorized representatives of commercial news organizations who register by Friday, May 24, 2019. Please note, only media who have registered before the deadline will be provided access to the annual meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel, 2222 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75207, and will begin at 9:30 a.m. CDT. Registered media will be provided access after 9:00 a.m.

A webcast of the annual meeting (audio and presentation slides only) will also be carried live on www.exxonmobil.com.
