Cypress Semiconductor Corp. CY will hold its 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 3, 2019 at 10 a.m. PDT at its corporate headquarters located at 198 Champion Court, San Jose, California 95134. All stockholders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2019 may attend in person and are entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting, or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
