NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. CNS today reported preliminary assets under management of $60.0 billion as of January 31, 2019, an increase of $5.2 billion from December 31, 2018. The increase was due to market appreciation of $5.0 billion and net inflows of $427 million, partially offset by distributions of $200 million.
