Friends of Sheba Medical Center, Tel HaShomer Welcomes New Board Members

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 02, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Friends of Sheba Medical Center, Tel HaShomer today announced the newest members of its board – Judy Flesh Rosenberg, Agi Schwartz, Dr. Vladislav Shut and Inna Tuler. These four new additions will join the existing vibrant board of 29 members.

Together with the rest of the board, these four new members are committed to raising awareness and providing philanthropic support for Sheba Medical Center, Israel's largest and most comprehensive hospital. The combination of Sheba's compassionate care and cutting-edge medicine has inspired these individuals to dedicate their time and resources to supporting this innovative, global hospital.

FSMC is further pleased to share the appointment of Emanuel Abrishami as the Sheba 2.0 Liaison to the Board of Directors. Sheba 2.0 is the young professionals' division of Friends of Sheba Medical Center dedicated to raising awareness and philanthropic support for Sheba. As liaison, Abrishami is responsible for attending meetings, updating the Board of Directors on Sheba 2.0 activities and sharing information with the Sheba 2.0 Committee.

The following new board members bring many new skills and perspectives to the established board.

Judy Flesh Rosenberg, a pharmacist by trade, has also worked extensively in the nonprofit world as a consultant and director of major gifts. She is an active community leader, passionate about advocating for children and empowering women. In 2018, Judy received the Women of Achievement Award from Friends of Sheba Medical Center for her commitment to giving back to the community and her many achievements in the for profit and nonprofit sector.

Agi Schwartz is a native-born Israeli whose passion for Israel and the Jewish community has led her to become extensively involved in a variety of causes. Professionally, Schwartz spent 10 years as a financial associate at an asset management firm and now manages income properties.

Dr. Vladislav Shut specializes in athletic training and sports medicine, working with a wide range of clients including children, the elderly, military personnel and professional athletes. He currently co-owns Back 2 Health Physical Therapy. Dr. Shut looks forward to learning more about Sheba's rehabilitation efforts to support wounded IDF soldiers.

Inna Tuler has strong ties to Israel, as her mother currently resides there. With over two decades of real estate and facility management under her belt, Tuler is CEO and founder of Maintco, a building repair and remodeling company.
