Customers can also expect advanced telephony features within DaVinci's toolbar like screen pop, activity creation, call notes and advanced reporting. Through AMC's joint cooperation with Microsoft in their private preview, AMC is one of the first companies to offer support for Microsoft's new Channel Integration Framework, which enables an immersive communication experience.

As part of the celebratory launch of DaVinci, AMC Technology will unveil details of the new product at CRMUG's Summit in Phoenix October 15-18.
