Micross Components ("Micross") headquartered in Orlando, FL is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Worthington as General Manager of Micross Components, Crewe. Mr. Worthington will be based in the Micross Crewe facility and will be a key addition to the Micross UK management team.

Micross Components ("Micross") headquartered in Orlando, FL is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Worthington as General Manager of Micross Components, Crewe. Mr. Worthington will be based in the Micross Crewe facility and will be a key addition to the Micross UK management team.

Mr. Worthington brings twenty-two years with the Royal Air Force (RAF) where he served in the United Kingdom and completed overseas assignments successfully achieving Senior Management status through the implementation of higher standards of Avionic & Electrical technical system support services to suit a wide range of customers' demanding applications. While serving in the RAF, he held roles as Technical Instructor Training Manager & Chinook Electrical & Avionic System Rectification Manager and has successfully led teams of electrical & electronic engineers as well as championed training, continuous improvement and quality techniques throughout RAF. More recently, he spent the last six years in varied management roles at Jaguar Land Rover as Production Manager & Tarmac Building Products as National Optimisation Specialist.

Mr. Worthington holds a BTEC HNC, Electrical & Electronic Engineering; ILM Level 5 in Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualifications. He also maintains a private pilot license.
