The Board of Directors elected Michael Gilburd as Chairman/CEO six months ago to lead this social media-sharing and social networking company. The former American Express Managing Director is remaining as President and Chief Executive Officer of ValuCorp, the Business Valuation and Intangible Appraisal company, along with Board of Directors member Joe Abrams. As part of his new appointment, Gilburd sought Advisory Board participants with specific industry experience. Albert Rothschild began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for First Equity Group, based in Newport Beach, California, where he arranged more than $500 million of equity and debt financing for a variety of ventures. In the 1980's he befriended Ruth Kligman, an artist who was an insider when the Abstract Expressionist movement was at its peak. Albert Rothschild began his three-decade career as an abstract expressionist artist where Ruth Kligman noted years later that he "established a deeply personal style in abstract form and symbolic themes, creating unusual textures in his works with dynamic fields of color and turbulent styles.
