Lennar Receives Two Grand Awards from the NJBA

The Lennar team accepted two Community of the Year Grand Awards for Venue at Lighthouse Station (Barnegat, NJ) and The Hills by Lennar (Rockaway, NJ).

Lennar Corporation LEN, the Nation's leading homebuilder, received nine awards at the 31st Annual Sales and Marketing Gala that was held on April 12th at the Golden Nugget Casino, Hotel and Marina. Among the accolades, the Lennar team accepted two Community of the Year Grand Awards for Venue at Lighthouse Station (Barnegat, NJ) and The Hills by Lennar (Rockaway, NJ). The event, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association, was part of the Atlantic Builders Convention, the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast.

The homebuilder was also honored for Best Brochure (The Hills by Lennar); Best Sales Office (Venue at Lighthouse Station); Rookie of the Year (Colleen Shiflet); Best Direct Mail Piece (Monroe Parke in Monroe, NJ); Best Special Promotion or Broker Builder Program for a Community; Best Signage (Venue at Lighthouse Station), and Best Attached Home (The Hills by Lennar).
