CF Industries Holdings, Inc. To Redeem Senior Notes Due May 2018


CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) today announced that its wholly
owned subsidiary CF Industries, Inc. has elected to redeem in full the
entire outstanding $800 million principal amount of its 6.875 percent
Senior Notes (the "Notes") due May 2018, in accordance with the optional
redemption provisions provided in the indenture governing the Notes. The
Notes will be redeemed on December 1, 2017. CF intends to use cash on
hand to fund the redemption.
