AccentCare Appoints New Executive Vice President of Operations

AccentCare, Inc. has hired Daniel Buning as Executive Vice President of Operations.

AccentCare, Inc. has hired Daniel Buning as Executive Vice President of Operations, the company announced today.

Buning, a proven operational executive, will be responsible for leading the organization's enterprise-wide operations and shared services organizations. AccentCare's lines of business include home health, personal care services, hospice, medical home care and health management services.

Buning was most recently Chief Operating Officer at AxelaCare Health Solutions, purchased by OptumRx, a UnitedHealth Group Company. Previously, he served as Enterprise Vice President, Client Delivery for Conifer Health Solutions, and earlier, held executive positions at Accretive Health, Citigroup and GE Capital.

A 20-year officer in the U.S. Army, Buning holds operations engineering degrees from West Point, the Naval Postgraduate School and the University of Central Florida.
