Skilled Healthcare Group and Genesis HealthCare to Present at the 33rd Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on January 15, 2015

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. SKH today announced that Robert Fish, Chief Executive Officer of Skilled Healthcare Group and George V. Hager, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Genesis HealthCare, LLC, are scheduled to present at the 33^rd Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at 9:30 am Pacific Time.  The conference is being held at the Westin St. Francis Hotel, San Francisco, CA.

As announced in August 2014, Genesis HealthCare and Skilled Healthcare Group have signed a definitive agreement to combine.  The combined company will operate under the Genesis HealthCare name and will be traded on the NYSE.  The transaction is expected to close in February 2015.
