Grrrilla Released – Watch Out Gogo Biz

Aviation Today reported on Dec. 31, 2013, that ASiQ Limited, the licensee of ASI Entertainment's intellectual property, is releasing its Grrrilla service to replace the Airfone air-to-ground communications network which was decommissioned on New Year's Eve. ASiQ had previously developed its BizjetMobile system from the same intellectual property.

Gogo Inc. subsidiary, Aircell, completed its acquisition of Airfone in April 2013, and is offering Gogo Biz as a replacement service from Jan. 1, 2014. The Grrrilla service is designed to provide a cost effective alternate to Gogo Biz.
