Survey Shows High Awareness and Potential for Rapid Adoption

CUR, a Quebec life sciences company that develops and commercializes high-value cancer diagnostic tests, today announced that LifeSci Advisors, LLC, a leading provider of investment research and investor relations services in the life sciences sector, has published an independent survey of 273 practicing urologists who answered within two days on their expected use of the PCA3 assay in men suspected of having prostate cancer.

"Based on the results of our proprietary survey we believe there is strong interest in the use of the test by both academic and community based urologists" said Andrew I. McDonald, Ph.D., Founding Partner at LifeSci Advisors.  "Almost half (49.6%) of the survey responders intend to test their patients with this assay, 47.4% report that they may use it, and only 4.1% do not expect to use the test."

DiagnoCure Inc. owns the exclusive worldwide diagnostic rights to the PCA3 marker which predicts the results of repeat biopsies more accurately than traditional PSA serum tests, known to have very high false positive rates.
