Jersey Shore's Vinny Guadagnino Releases New Book, Embarks on Speaking Tour

Vinny Guadagnino has made a name for himself as one of the GTL-loving stars of the MTV reality phenomenon 'Jersey Shore.' Now he shares his personal struggle with chronic anxiety, a condition that manifests itself in feelings of isolation, irritability, and helplessness, as well as in such physical symptoms as insomnia and panic attacks.

Vinny's story is revealed in his new book, 'Control the Crazy: My Plan to Stop Stressing, Avoid Drama, and Maintain Inner Cool,' which was released on Tuesday, April 17. He also plans to speak to college audiences around the country about the importance of maintaining emotional health, particularly when faced with stressful situations.
