Grubb & Ellis Company to File Form 10-Q Detailing Second Quarter Results

SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Grubb & Ellis Company GBE, a leading real estate services and investment firm, today announced that it will file a Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission detailing its second quarter and first-half 2011 results on Aug. 15, 2011.  The company will not issue an earnings release or host an investor conference call in light of its announcement on March 21 that the company had retained an investment advisor to explore strategic alternatives.
