SPU ("SkyPeople" or "the Company"), a producer of fruit juice concentrates, fruit juice beverages and other fruit-related products, today announced it will be delaying the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 (the "Form 10-Q"). The Company will file an extension with the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with Rules 12b-25(b) and 12b-25(c) for the Form 10-Q. The Company anticipates to file the Form 10-Q on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
