Contagious Gaming Inc. CNS RHRC ("Contagious Gaming" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company, has secured a development and licensing deal with a video game distributor to produce a "Match 3" style casino game. The Company will be paid a development fee to produce the game and royalty fees on a revenue share basis once the game is launched.

The contract involves the Company's "Timeless Gems" game property being modified for casino game play. The resulting game, "Timeless Lotto", is a unique "Match 3" style game featuring board game elements in which players embark on an epic adventure as they relive timeless classics such as "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz." Appealing to the casual gaming audience "Timeless Lotto" offers unparalleled game mechanics that are both unique and innovative, thus filling the void for a new style of game in the gambling marketplace. In "Timeless Lotto", the primary goal is for the player to collect as many items that spawn on the game board in a set number of moves by matching 3 or more identical gem pieces. The player will earn money by completing matches and collecting items, and the more they collect, the more they win.
