1st Colonial Bancorp Announces 5% Stock Dividend

COLLINGSWOOD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

On January 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of 1st Colonial Bancorp, Inc. (OTC Pink: FCOB) declared a five percent stock dividend to the company's shareholders. The dividend will be distributed on all issued and outstanding shares held of record as of April 1, 2016 and will be payable on April 15, 2016. Accordingly, each shareholder as of the record date will receive one share of common stock for every 20 shares of common stock that they own on that date, plus an additional share in lieu of any fractional share payable to the shareholder.
