In March of 2015, The Company announced a new leadership team of Golden Age Resources, Inc. The new leadership team was hired for two main reasons. First, to develop and evaluate the existing business opportunities and secondly, to establish a new direction for The Company by focusing on its key abilities in creating a roadmap to success.

Over the last 5 months, the leadership team has been diligently working on creating a clear path of success for GDAR. They have identified new opportunities within existing markets that will bring the company revenues, valued assets, and upward mobility for further revenue with the immediate focus to become profitable and to build strong shareholder value.

Mr. Byrne's experience also includes managing aerospace, high tech companies, and also as an investment banker for publically traded and OTC Market companies.

The Management team has the seasoned experience and confidence of the board of directors too not only move in this direction but to do so immediately. Although The Company will continue to be involved with solar and energy, the main focus of The Company will be to move in a different direction due to the ability to achieve greater revenues in a quicker fashion while being involved in high growth industries that have the kind of upside to build immediate shareholder value over a long period of time.
