Templeton Emerging Markets Income Fund ("TEI") Announces Distribution and Additional Investment Strategies

Templeton Emerging Markets Income Fund TEI today announced a monthly distribution from net investment income of $0.0747 per share, payable on April 30, 2021, to shareholders of record on April 15, 2021 (Ex-Dividend Date: April 14, 2021).

Additionally, the Fund may enter into repurchase agreements and reverse repurchase agreements.
