Heritage Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CLEARWATER, Fla., Feb. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Heritage Insurance Holdings, Inc. HRTG ("Heritage" or the "Company"), a super-regional property and casualty insurance holding company, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on April 3, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 16, 2020.

The declaration and payment of any future dividend will be subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on a variety of factors, including the Company's financial condition and results of operations and contractual restrictions.
