Stockholders of record of the Company's Common Stock as of the close of business on March 16, 2020 are entitled to vote at and attend the Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Company's offices at 4040 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22203, or at such other date, time and place as may be fixed by the Chairman of the Board.
