NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- iStar Inc. STAR announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared quarterly dividends on the Company's Common Stock and Preferred Stock for the fourth quarter of 2019. The common dividend is payable on December 2, 2019 to holders of record on November 18, 2019 and dividends for all four series of Preferred Stock are payable on December 16, 2019 to holders of record on December 2, 2019.
