Carlisle Companies Announces 25% Dividend Increase, its 43rd Consecutive Year of Dividend Increases

Carlisle Companies CSL announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 25% increase in the Company's regular quarterly dividend from $0.40 per share to $0.50 per share, or to $2.00 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on September 3, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2019.
