BERWYN, Pa., May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- AMETEK, Inc. AME today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Jeffrey T. Stevens as Vice President, Financial Reporting.

This promotion reflects Jeff's outstanding work in supporting our financial reporting efforts and his excellent leadership through numerous corporate initiatives," comments David A. Mr. Stevens most recently served as Director, Financial Reporting and has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining AMETEK in 2000. Prior to joining the company, he served as Director of Treasury and Financial Reporting for Quad Systems Corporation and Audit Manager for Ernst & Young, LLP.

Mr. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
