Nomad Foods Appoints Stuart MacFarlane to its Board of Directors

Nomad Foods Limited NOMD, today announced that it has appointed Stuart MacFarlane to its Board of Directors.

Mr. MacFarlane served as Anheuser-Busch InBev's ("ABInBev") President of Europe & Middle East from 2014 to 2019. He has held various senior roles at ABInBev throughout the course of his nearly 30-year career including finance, marketing, sales and Managing Director of Ireland. He was appointed President of ABInBev UK & Ireland in 2008 and in 2012 became a member of the Executive Board of Management, serving as President of Central & Eastern Europe. Mr. MacFarlane currently serves as a director and member of the Corporate Governance Committee of Anadolu EFES, a brewer company, and had previously served as director of ABI-EFES Russia & Ukraine, a joint venture of Anadolu EFES and ABInBev. He has a degree in Business Studies from Sheffield University in the UK and is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.
