American Business Bank Announces the Retirement of Two Directors

AMERICAN BUSINESS BANK AMBZ announced today that D. Van Skilling and Wes Schaefer will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the shareholder meeting on May 21, 2019. Mr. Skilling and Mr. Schaefer were both founding directors of American Business Bank and have served on the Board since 1997.
