Tricida Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

Tricida, Inc. TCDA today announced the pricing of its public offering of 5,600,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $36.00 per share for total gross proceeds of $201.6 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Tricida. Tricida has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 840,000 shares of its common stock in the offering. The offering is expected to close on April 8, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC is acting as co-manager.
