Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Meridian One Corporation

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., Nov. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of Alexandria, Virginia-based Meridian One Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1986, Meridian One launches and administers affinity member benefit programs for more than 600 professional and trade associations across the United States and Canada. Member benefits include such offerings as insurance programs and discounts on travel; office equipment, supplies and services; appliances; audio and web conferencing; shipping; and vehicle rentals. Richard Sullivan, Mickey Herbert and their associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Kevin Garvin, head of Gallagher's North American Affinity Operations.
