The shareswere halted earlier pending an announcement of the acquisition of a business inthe technology space.The Company wasnot able to come to terms with the vendors of that business.The Company continues to look for otheropportunities.

The Company also wishes to announce that Hashim Mitha hasrecently been appointed president of the Company. He also maintains his boardseat.
