Hails brings more than 25 years of experience in addiction services and behavioral healthcare to his new role as the chief executive officer of the California facilities. Hails will oversee treatment operations and will focus on standardizing treatment services across the California market to ensure patients receive the utmost quality of care.

Hails has been instrumental in the expansion of numerous addiction and psychiatric organizations in the nation and brings to AAC a breadth of knowledge in streamlining treatment services and transformational growth.
