Former Bright Horizons Executive Kelly Russell Joins Landit as Chief Client Experience Officer

Landit, a technology platform to increase the success and engagement of women and diverse groups in the workplace, has hired industry veteran Kelly Russell as Chief Client Experience Officer.

In this role, Russell will lead Landit's client strategy, responsible for all aspects of program success. Russell has spent more than twenty years in relationship management and business development roles where she has tackled the business-critical issues facing Human Resources and Talent Development organizations, most recently as Vice President, Client Relations at Bright Horizons. Russell led the client side of the business for EdAssist®, a division of Bright Horizons Family Solutions® BFAM focusing on helping organizations transform education assistance programs into strategic investments that drive recruitment, retention, and engagement. Prior to that, Russell was Vice President at Care.com CRCM where she incubated Care.com's employer program, Care@Work, and ultimately led client management for Care@Work clients. Previously, Kelly held several leadership positions at Monster.com®, where she was responsible for programs for Fortune 1000 and global organizations.
