TORONTO, March 26, 2018 /CNW/ - Aquila Resources Inc. AQA ("Aquila" or the "Company") announced today that it has filed a technical report for its Back Forty Project in Michigan. The technical report is entitled "Updated Mineral Resource Estimate and Technical Report on the Back Forty Project, Michigan, USA" and was prepared by P&E Mining Consultants Inc. and is dated effective February 6, 2018 (the "Technical Report").

The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and supports the disclosure outlined in Aquila's news release dated February 7, 2018.
