The Gabelli Food of All Nations NextShares Declares Year End Distribution of $0.2173 Per Share

Gabelli Funds, LLC, a subsidiary of GAMCO Investors, Inc. GBL ("GAMCO"), announced The Gabelli Food of All Nations NextShares FOANC will pay a $0.2173 per share year end distribution payable on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 8, 2017.

All or part of the distribution may be treated as qualified dividend income for individuals, subject to the maximum federal income tax rate, which is currently 20% in taxable accounts for individuals (or zero depending on an individual's tax bracket). In addition, certain U.S. shareholders who are individuals, estates or trusts and whose income exceeds certain thresholds will be required to pay a 3.8% Medicare surcharge on their "net investment income", which includes dividends and short-term capital gains received from the Fund.

The sources of the distribution are $0.0875 per share designated as ordinary income and $0.1298 per share designated as short-term capital gains. This estimate is based on book basis earnings.

The final determination of the proportion of short-term capital gains and ordinary income, distributed in 2017 will be made after year end. All taxable shareholders will receive written notification regarding the components and tax treatment for all 2017 distributions in early 2018 via Form 1099-DIV.
