("MTGE" or the "Company") MTGE announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock for the third quarter 2017. The dividend is payable on October 27, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of September 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2017.
