Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. CDOR, a hotel-focused real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered and incorporated in the state of Maryland, today announced that its Florida hotels, the Home2 Suites Tallahassee, the Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary, and the Courtyard Jacksonville, are all operational and have not sustained any significant damage from Hurricane Irma.
