With U.S. stock futures trading higher this morning on Thursday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Wall Street expects US Foods Holding Corp. (NYSE:USFD) to post quarterly earnings at 76 cents per share on revenue of $9.34 billion before the opening bell. US Foods shares rose 1.5% to $42.96 in after-hours trading.
- The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter, while sales missed expectations. Disney shares gained 2.2% to $89.45 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting Alibaba Group Holding Limited (NYSE:BABA) to have earned $2.02 per share on revenue of $31.20 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Alibaba shares rose 1.2% to $95.94 in after-hours trading.

- Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ:ILMN) reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter, but lowered its annual profit outlook. Illumina shares fell 5.8% to $173.89 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect News Corporation (NASDAQ:NWSA) to report quarterly earnings at 9 cents per share on revenue of $2.48 billion after the closing bell. News Corp shares fell 2% to $19.93 in after-hours trading.
